Nie wspomnę o tym, że forum się zamula albo znika i pisze, że nie ma takiej strony. Więc co się dzieje?

było już o tym, po prostu przeciążenie serwera, a w drugim, za dużo połączeń do serwera(czasami powodowane jest to BOTem google).
